I’ve had to bring a couple pets to them for emergencies over the years and they’ve always been great. And just today, they were wonderfully supportive when it came time to let my old mastiff go.

Had a post-surgical belly issue with my dog (surgery was done elsewhere), rushed him up from SW Harbor and they were amazing. We called on the way. They were 100% ready and waiting to go for worst-case scenario surgery. Thankfully, he didn’t need it! Very kind and thorough, lovely interactions with all the techs and the vet, felt like my guy got the best care available. SO thankful for these guys!!!!

They were very sympathetic and had great bedside manner. Their treatments are conservative, so they won’t recommend testing or treatment that they don’t find absolutely necessary. We will definitely visit again if another emergency arises!
